Order Processing
All in stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once the order subtotal reaches $99 or more (before taxes and discounts).
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using our standard shipping service, which typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
Soierie is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at support@soierie.co within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Soierie may offer shipping to select international destinations.
International shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination country.
