At Soierie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Certain items such as gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
